Egyptian Clothing Bank
Established in 2012 and registered by the Ministry of Social Solidarity in 2015
The Egyptian Clothing Bank is a zero-waste NGO focused on repurposing clothing and fabric waste. They sort, repair, recycle, and upcycle materials to provide clothing and employment opportunities to underprivileged families and youth.
Utilizing innovative processes and logistical solutions, they aim to transform solid waste into valuable resources. Additionally, they collaborate with local fashion designers to upcycle 0.3% of donations, which include high-quality
vintage items, into unique creations.
All proceeds from Almah directly fund Egyptian Clothing Bank campaigns supporting
vulnerable families, children, and youth across Egypt. From protecting families during harsh winters to bringing joy on Eid and empowering children to return
to school with confidence, every purchase creates real, lasting impact.
